Mission & Values

  • We desire Jesus to be the center of our church, our homes, and our personal lives. In all things, we seek to give Christ the preeminence.

And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

    Colossians 1:18

  • We know people matter to God and therefore they matter to us. We do not view ourselves as special or elite. Everyone will be welcomed graciously. Because we know people matter to God we believe they need the care and attention of a loving and friendly church community. We strive to express through all our ministries that EVERYBODY matters to God.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

    John 3:16

  • God has given everyone special talents and gifts to use to minister and serve others. Yes, we use these gifts to serve others within our church, but it doesn’t end there. We believe we should also be serving those we come into contact with daily at work and home. We strive to be believers who share the love of Jesus with everyone we meet by serving their needs.

As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.

    1 Peter 4:10

  • The mission of the church is to share the gospel, both locally and globally. The church accomplishes this mission by training, equipping, and sending out believers to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with an unbelieving world. At Fellowship, we desire to help every believer participate in the mission of the church by taking the gospel to Panama City and the nations.

And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

    Matthew 28:18-20
